Job Description
We are looking for a Creative Lead to establish best practices and grow our design team. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on designer to get in on the ground floor of a growing company and build a team.
The ideal candidate would have prior experience creating assets for VR games as well as leading teams of designers. They can create a design system and match the style of existing assets. They have experience working in, or a desire to work in, an agile environment. We are looking for someone who can handle day-to-day asset creation as well as guide a team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to mold a company and help build company culture. The Creative Lead will help build our roadmap and make key decisions with the executive team.
Required Skills
- Expert 3D artist
- Experience leading a team of designers
- Knowledge of Unity
